ExitWx


ExitWx is a full-stack weather application built for skydivers and dropzone operators. It combines real-time weather data and forecasts with a searchable database of dropzones and exits, giving users location-specific weather information in a single interface.

About Me

Customer Support Engineer with a background in full-stack development and a focus on technical troubleshooting. I have 2.5+ years of experience working with production SaaS applications, helping customers diagnose technical issues, reproduce bugs, and find practical solutions.

In my current role, I work directly with customers and engineering teams to investigate frontend, integration, API, and data-related issues. I regularly use browser developer tools, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and application data to understand what's happening and help resolve problems in production.

Outside of work, I build full-stack applications and continue developing my technical skills. My primary project, ExitWx, is a full-stack weather application built with React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB that integrates multiple third-party APIs.

Before transitioning into technology, I served in the U.S. Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Team Leader, where I developed strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience working in technically demanding environments.
